– Dapper Labs, Inc. is a Vancouver, BC-based company behind NBA Top Shot and the Flow blockchain.
– The company raised $250M in funding.
– The round was led by Coatue, with participation from existing investors a16z, GV (formerly Google Ventures) and Version One Ventures and new investors including BOND and GIC.
– The new investment will be used to scale and support major additional brand-driven sports, entertainment and music based products coming online and being developed on the Flow blockchain.

Solugen Raises Over $350 Million in Series C Funding Led by Baillie Gifford & GIC to Make Carbon Negative Chemicals
– Solugen, the company decarbonizing the chemicals industry, announced a Series C financing round of over $350m.
– GIC and Baillie Gifford led the round with participation from Temasek Holdings.
– The latest round of funding will be used to expand Solugen’s Bioforge technology platform, which is used to produce lower-carbon and carbon-negative chemicals & materials for its key customers, and to expand the reach of Solugen’s product portfolio.

Hopin Raises $450 Million to Accelerate Platform Expansion and Continue to Build the Future of Experiences
– Hopin, the leading shared experiences platform that enables immersive and interactive connection from anywhere, announced it has raised $450m in Series D funding co-led by new investors Arena Holdings and Altimeter Capital with participation from new investors Adams Street Partners, Untitled Investments and XN in addition to existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, DFJ Growth, General Catalyst, GIC, IVP, Northzone, Salesforce Ventures, Slack Fund, Temasek and Tiger Global.
– Since February of 2020, Hopin has raised more than $1b.
– Hopin will use this capital to accelerate growth to further scale the platform and invest in the development of its multi-product platform technologies, including building new product suites.

VNLIFE Announces Series B Funding Round Led by General Atlantic and Dragoneer
– VNLIFE has raised over $250m in a Series B funding round led by General Atlantic and Dragoneer Investment Group, with participation by PayPal Ventures and EDBI.
– Existing investors GIC and SoftBank Vision Fund 1 also participated in the round.

Chainalysis Raises $100M at a $4.2 Billion Valuation
– Chainalysis from NYC provides a blockchain data platform that helps government agencies, financial institutions, and exchanges to detect fraud and prevent money laundering.
– The company raised $100m in Series E funding.
– The round was led by Coatue with participation from Benchmark, Accel, Addition, Dragoneer, Durable Capital Partners, 9Yards Capital, Altimeter, Blackstone, GIC, Pictet, Sequoia Heritage and SVB Capital.
– The new investment will be used to hire for hundreds of new positions across all functions to continue its global expansion, as well as develop collaboration tools in its suite of software solutions so that public and private sector teams can work together from the same data set.

– Locus, a future-ready platform that automates supply chain decisions, today announced that it has raised $50 million in Series C funding led by GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures LLC and existing investors Tiger Global and Falcon Edge.
– Noted angel investors Amrish Rau, CEO of Pine Labs, Kunal Shah, CEO of Cred, Raju Reddy, founder of Sierra Atlantic, and Deb Deep Sengupta, former President & MD, SAP South Asia, also participated in the round.

Brii Biosciences Closes US$155 Million Series C Financing
– Brii Bio, a multi-national company developing innovative therapies for diseases with significant unmet medical needs and large public health burden, today announced completion of a Series C financing of US$155m.
– The financing was led by Invesco Developing Markets Fund, with significant additional funding provided by GIC and another global leading investment management organization, followed by Lake Bleu Capital and an Asia-based leading investment organization, as well as three current investors.

– The round was led by GIC, also known as Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.
– Andreessen Horowitz, Blockchain Capital, Lux and Indico are also participating in today’s funding round.
– The startup originally offered a custody solution. It lets you keep your cryptocurrencies safe for you so that you don’t have to take care of the wallets and their public and private keys.
– Anchorage now offers several financial products, such as staking, crypto lending, etc. In other words, it wants to become a one-stop shop for institutional investors.
