– Cloudsmith has raised $15m in a series A funding round led by Tiger Global, with participation from Shasta, Amaranthine, Sorenson, Leadout Capital, Frontline, MMC, and Techstart.
– The infusion brings the company’s total raised to over $17m.
– Cloudsmith’s platform aims to solve this by helping organizations distribute software without the need for local datacenters and the costs associated with them.
– Cloudsmith can also automatically scan for security vulnerabilities, helping businesses avoid introducing exploits into their software supply chains.

Localyze Raises $12M in Funding
– Localyze, a Hamburg, Germany-based provider of an enterprise mobility platform, raised $12M in funding.
– The round was led by Blossom Capital with participation from previous investor Frontline Ventures and angels Andrew Robb (ex-Farfetch), Des Traynor, co-founder and CSO at Intercom, Hanno Renner, co-founder and CEO at Personio, David Clarke, former CTO at Workday and Michael Wax, CEO of Forto.
– The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and executive recruitment across engineering, product design and marketing and to expand into new regions – starting with starting with the major hubs for international talent, in Ireland, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK.

Qualio Secures $50 Million in Series B Funding To Help Innovative Life Sciences Companies Unite Speed with Quality
– Qualio announced a $50m Series B funding round led by Tiger Global.
– Menlo Ventures also joined this round, alongside the following current Qualio investors: Frontline Ventures, MHS Capital, Operator Partners, Sorenson Ventures, and Storm Ventures.
– The latest round of funding will support Qualio’s efforts to expand accessibility of their electronic quality management software (eQMS) and services for life sciences customers at global scale and also fuel significant investment in product and engineering team growth.
– To date, Qualio has raised more than $63m.

– Payslip is a Westport, Ireland-based automation and integration technology platform for global payroll management.
– The company closed an additional $10m to its Series A financing round bringing total financing to $14.5m.
– The round was led by MiddleGame Ventures and Mouro Capital with participation from Frontline Ventures, Tribal.vc, investors David Clarke, former CTO of Workday, Brian Williams, Co-Founder of One Source Virtual, and Phil Chambers, CEO and Co-Founder of Peakon.

– The company has raised $60m in a new round.

– The new investment brings Lattice’s total funding to $158m.

Elucidate Raises €2.5M in Pre-Series A Funding
– Elucidate, a Berlin, Germany-based financial crime risk scoring platform, raised €2.5m in pre-Series-A funding.
– The round led by Frontline Ventures with participation from existing investors Seed X Liechtenstein, APEX Ventures, and Big Start Ventures.
– The new investment will be used to accelerate market penetration to the public sector and regulators, in addition to banks, non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs), VASPs and fintechs already using the platform to assess, score and price financial crime risk.

– London-based HR startup Humaans raised $5m in seed funding.
– The round was led by Y Combinator, Mattias Ljungman’s Moonfire, Frontline Ventures and former head of Stripe Issuing, Lachy Groom.
