– ByondXR from Tel Aviv develops a platform that creates virtual showrooms and stores for beauty, fashion and home decor brands using extended reality.
– The company raised $7M in seed funding.
– The round was led by Firstime and OurCrowd, with participation from angel investor Peter Chu, founder and former CEO of XR platform HTC.
– The new investment will be aimed at expanding customer success and research and development.

– Nexa3D, a Ventura, Calif.-based production-grade polymer 3D printers enabling additive manufacturing, closed financing rounds exceeding $55m in funding.
– The rounds were led by a multi-billion-dollar alternative asset manager and existing investors, OurCrowd and Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, with participation from new investors as well.
– The new investment will be used to bolster its manufacturing operations, scale commercial activities worldwide, expand customer acquisition and customer success operations, grow its reseller channel globally, expedite several new products to market, and extend its overall polymer technology leadership.

– Materials Zone from Tel Aviv develops an online materials discovery platform that channels R&D and manufacturing data into an interoperable and structured database, enabling users to achieve meaningful AI/ML insights, reduce R&D research times, and collaborate with others.
– The company raised $6m in Series A funding.

– The new investment will be used to hire additional team members, continue improving its product offering and pursue customers from additional verticals, such as Green Construction, Perovskites, Automotive and Semiconductors.

– Meemic Innovative Surgery raised $96m in a Series D financing round.
– The round was led by Peregrine Ventures and Ceros with participation from OurCrowd and Accelmed.
– Funding will support commercialization of the Hominis® robotic-assisted surgical platform in the U.S. and potentially in other countries around the world as the company also plans to expand marketing and sales efforts outside the U.S.
– The financing will also support continued research and development efforts including expanding the company’s portfolio of products and manufacturing scaleup, as well as provide world-class customer support and training.
