ReserveBar Raises Series B Funding

– ReserveBar, a premium spirits ecommerce platform, raised an undisclosed amount in Series B funding.
– The round was led by Silver Lake with participation from Doug Dillard, Jr., Managing Partner of Slewgrass Capital and a Silver Lake advisor, who will join ReserveBar’s Board of Directors.
– The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
