BluBracket Raises $12M in Series A Funding

– BluBracket, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based code security company, raised $12m in Series A funding. – The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners with participation from existing investors Unusual Ventures, Point72 Ventures, SignalFire and Firebolt Ventures. – In conjunction with the funding, Karthik Subramanian, partner at Evolution Equity Partners, will join John Vrionis of Unusual Ventures and Jim Zemlin of the Linux Foundation on the BluBracket board of directors. – The company intends to use the funds to expand its go-to-market activities and to continue development of their Code Security products.
