Plantiga Raises $1.2M in Funding

– Plantiga is a Vancouver BC-based provider of an individual movement health monitoring platform for athletes and teams. – The company raised $1.2M in funding. – The round was led by Harlo Equity Partners with participation from Globalive Capital Partners, Rian Gauvreau, as well as a large group of professional athlete investors from the Athlete Tech Group ecosystem that includes Thaddeus Young, Patrick Patterson and Will Fuller. – The new investment will be used to accelerate marketing and sales efforts while supporting the build-out of the self-monitoring capabilities.
