– Other investors in the round included venture capital firms Studio.vc, J-Ventures and Emerging Ventures, as well as angel groups Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Greater New York, Miami Angels, Gaingels, and Sand Hill Angels, and several individual investors whose professional experience span across companies like Twitch, Riot Games, and Zynga.

– PICKUP, an enterprise-grade, last-mile delivery solution provider for leading retailers and commercial businesses, today announced it has closed $15M in a Series B funding round.
– The round was led by NewRoad Capital Partners with participation from existing investors TDF Ventures, Noro-Moseley Partners and Florida Funders. Additional investors in the round include Autotech Ventures and the New York Angels.
– Proceeds from the round will help PICKUP expand its geographic reach and scope of services, further accelerating PICKUP’s rapid growth.

– The company secured $1m in seed funding.
– This round was led by the New York Angels with participation from Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of New York, existing investor SeventySix Capital, and several prominent financial service executives and entrepreneurs.
– Jeffrey Seltzer co-led the process for the New York Angels investment group and joined as a new Board Director.
