– French startup Skello has raised a $47.3m funding round.
– The company has been working on a software-as-a-service tool that lets you manage the work schedule of your company.
– Partech is leading today’s funding round. Existing investors XAnge and Aglaé Ventures are also participating.

TreeFrog Therapeutics Raises $75M In Series B Financing
– TreeFrog Therapeutics, a Bordeaux, France-based biotech startup focused on developing stem cell-derived cell therapies for millions of patients, closed a $75m (€64M) Series B financing round, bringing the total funding to date to $83m (€70m).
– The round was led by Bpifrance Large Venture, part of the French Public Investment Bank, joined by U.S. investment firm Leonard Green & Partners L.P., global pharmaceutical company Bristol Myers Squibb, and European venture capital team XAnge.
– The company intends to use the funds to deploy biomimetic C-StemTM technology for clinical-grade manufacturing, grow and advance to the clinic a comprehensive pipeline of cell therapies, and finance the opening of technological hubs in Boston, MA, and Kobe, Japan.

Cajoo raises $40 million for its instant grocery delivery service
– French startup Cajoo is raising some money in order to compete more aggressively in the new and highly competitive category of food delivery companies.
– Carrefour, the supermarket giant, is leading the round. Headline (formerly e.ventures) is also participating in the round as well as existing investors Frst and XAnge.
– Cajoo will take advantage of Carrefour’s purchasing organization. This way, Cajoo will be able to offer more products to its customers.
