- NeuraLight, an Austin, Texas and Tel Aviv, Israel-based company treating neurological disorders by digitizing neurology care, launched out of stealth with $5.5m in seed funding. - Backers included MSAD, Kli, Tuesday, Operator Partners, and VSC Ventures, as well as angel investors including Trax Retail’s founding CEO Tamara Minick-Scokalo, Instacart CEO Fidji Simo, who recently launched Health Research Institute Metrodora, Clover Health CEO Vivek Garipalli, and Noam Soloman, CEO of Immunai. - The company aims to enhance the lives of people suffering from neurological disorders by digitizing neurological evaluation and care.

Spinach Raises $2.75M in Pre-Seed Funding
– Spinach, an Atlanta, GA-based Zoom partner providing an app for distributed teams, raised $2.75M in pre-seed funding.
– The round was led by Cardumen Capital with participation from Zoom, Tuesday Capital, Liron Petrushka (seed investor in LendingClub, Zillow, Next Insurance), Yoni Assia (eToro Founder & CEO) and other investors.
– The new investment will be used to launch full access to the app, expand the engineering team and get it into the market.

– The company raised $7M in Series A funding.
– The round was led by Kayyak Ventures with participation from FJ Labs, Jaguar Ventures and Tuesday Capital.

Campfire raises $8 million to advance AR/VR for product design
– Campfire has raised $8m in funding for its holographic technology that enables both augmented reality and virtual reality for the purpose of enterprise product design.
– In stealth until now, Campfire has created a holographic collaboration system for professional 3D designers.
– The hardware and software headset system is based on patents and technology formerly created by Meta, which ran out of money in 2018.
– It will come out as a subscription in the fall of this year, after years of research and development.
– The company has fewer than 15 people and said the funding came from OTV, Kli Capital, Tuesday Capital, and others.
– Campfire combines proprietary devices and applications built on a foundation of more than 60 patents.
– It’s based on the lessons of the past few years of headsets, including the failure of Meta.

Companion Raises $8M in Seed Funding
– Companion is a San Francisco, CA-based startup that develops technology and services to train dogs.
– The company raised $8m in seed funding led by IA Ventures.
– The round was also participated by Tuesday Capital, frog Design, Companion Fund, backed by Mars Petcare, Michelson Found Animals Foundation, Wheelhouse Partners, PETStock and Central Garden & Pet.
– Companion intends to use the funds to continue rolling out the device and coaching service to early adopters.
