Circulor Raises $14m Series A to Lead the Future of Sustainable Supply Chain Traceability
– Circulor, the leading provider of supply chain traceability and dynamic CO2 tracking, announced it has closed $14m in Series A funding to accelerate the company’s rapid growth.
– The Westly Group led the round with participation from Salesforce Ventures, BHP Ventures, Future Positive Capital, 24Haymarket and Sky Ocean Ventures.
– Existing investors in the company include Boeing HorizonX, Volvo Cars Technology Fund, Jaguar Land Rover’s CVC arm, InMotion Ventures, SYSTEMIQ, Plug and Play and TotalEnergies Ventures.
– Steve Westly, Founder and Managing Partner of The Westly Group, will join the Circulor board.
– Circulor will use the investment to drive ongoing innovation and extend its presence in North America and Asia.

– WeaveGrid, a developer of software solutions for the scalable deployment of electric vehicles (EVs) on the electric grid, announced $15M in Series A fundraising to enable its next stage of growth.
– The round was led by Coatue with participation by Breakthrough Energy Ventures and existing investors The Westly Group, Grok Ventures, and several prominent angel investors including Ramez Naam and Josh Felser.
– Automaker and government commitments are driving a radical transformation that will soon see millions of new EVs charging across the United States. Electric utilities are in a leading position to benefit from accelerating EV adoption, but face risks as EV charging puts a tremendous new load on the grid.

Optimal Dynamics Raises $18.4M in Series A Funding
– Optimal Dynamics, a NYC-based startup aiming to build the decision layer of logistics and supply chain management, raised a $18.4m Series A funding.
– The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from returning investors Fusion Fund, The Westly Group, TenOneTen Ventures, Embark Ventures, FitzGate Ventures, John Larkin and John Hess.
– The new investment will be used to more than triple the company’s current 25 person operation, with a focus on R&D and expanding current sales and marketing efforts, and to drive development efforts for new products in the logistics and supply chain industry.
