– Goldbelly, America’s first platform for food e-commerce, today announced a $100m Series C investment to build the future of the at-home restaurant experience and to empower chefs and restaurants to reach new customers nationwide.
– Growth equity firm Spectrum Equity led the round with participation from existing investor Intel Capital.
– Goldbelly has seen massive growth over the last year, now with 850 restaurant partners on the platform, covering all 50 states. In 2020 alone, the company added over one million new customers and saw its overall business growth increase more than 300% year over year.

– Empyrean Solutions is a Woburn, Mass.-based provider of asset and liability management and risk and compliance solutions for banks and credit unions.
– Company raised $74m in minority growth financing.
– The round was led by Spectrum Equity, with participation from Information Venture Partners.
– The new investment will be used to accelerate investments in product innovation.

– The round was led by Spectrum Equity with participation from existing investors Centana Growth Partners, Propel Venture Partners, Freestyle Capital, Compound Ventures and Upside Partnership.

– Otter.ai announced that it has raised $50m in a Series B led by Spectrum Equity, with continued participation from Horizons Ventures, Draper Associates, GGV Capital, Draper Dragon Fund, and others to capture unprecedented demand for its online meeting productivity tools.
– John Connolly, Managing Director of Spectrum Equity, will join Otter.ai’s Board of Directors.
– Otter.ai’s AI-powered collaborative note-taking and productivity app work seamlessly with video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet and with phone calls and other voice communications.
– The round includes a $10m convertible note.
