– Albedo, a startup that wants to build a constellation of low-orbit satellites, raised $10m in seed funding.
– The round was led by Initialized Capital and joined by Jetstream, Liquid2 Ventures and Soma Capital.
– The company aims to launch its first satellite in 2024 and bring its full constellation to orbit by 2027.

Citadel ID raises $3.5M for API-delivered income and employment verification
– Citadel ID, a startup providing an API-delivered income and employment verification service, raised $3.5m in funding.
– The round was led by Abstract and Soma VC, and joined by ChapterOne, Brianne Kimmel, and denizens with work histories at companies like Zynga (Mark Pincus), Stripe (Lachy Groom), Carta (Henry Ward) and others.
– The company was founded in June of 2020, before raising capital, snagging its first customer and shipping its product all inside of the same year.
