– Dukaan is a Bengaluru, India-based platform for merchants with zero programming skills to set up their e-commerce site.
– Company raised $11m in pre-Series A funding round.
– The round was led by 640 Oxford Ventures with participation from Snow Leopard Ventures, Lightspeed Partners, Matrix Partners India, Venture Catalyst, HOF Capital, Old Well Ventures, LetsVenture, 9Unicorns and angels Ritesh Agarwal, and Carl Pei.
– The new investment will be aimed at expanding the company’s business reach and technology efforts.

– Figure Technologies, Inc. is a San Francisco, CA-based provider of blockchain technology powered financial services.
– The company closed a $200m Series D funding at a $3.2b valuation.
– Backers included new investors including entities and funds managed and/or advised by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Blockchain.com, Rockaway Blockchain, HOF Capital, Endeavour Capital, National Bank Holdings, Goldentree Asset Management and L1 Digital.

South African payments startup Yoco raises $83M Series C backed by Dragoneer
– Yoco, a South African fintech, raised $83m in Series C funding.
– The round was joined by investors Dragoneer Investment Group, Breyer Capital, HOF Capital, The Raba Partnership, 4DX Ventures and TO Ventures; and existing investors Partech, Velocity Capital Fintech Ventures, Orange Ventures and Quona Capital. Current and former executives from global tech companies such as Coinbase, Revolut, Spotify and Gojek took part as well.
– The company plans to scale offline and online offerings and expand to new markets.

– ASAPP, Inc. announced today it raised $120m in Series C financing.
– This brings ASAPP’s total funding to $400m and doubles the company’s valuation to $1.6b from its last Series B financing.

Insitro Raises $400M in Series C
– Insitro, a machine learning-driven drug discovery and development company, has raised $400m in a Series C financing.
– The financing was led by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), with significant participation from current investors Andreessen Horowitz, funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Casdin Capital, and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock as well as ARCH Venture Partners, Foresite Capital, GV, Third Rock Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, HOF Capital and Alexandria Venture Investments.
