Korean proptech startup Dongnae gets $4.1M seed extension led by NFX

– Dongnae, a real estate brokerage startup, raised $4.1m in seed extension funding.
– The round was led by investment fund NFX, with participation from returning investors Flybridge and MetaProp, who led Dongnae’s first seed round.
NFX general partner Pete Flint, who co-founded Trulia and is a former Zillow board member, will join Dongnae’s board.

– The startup now has more than 8,000 listings.
– Since its last funding announcement five months ago, Dongnae has increased its closed deal volume by more than 65% and revenue by 150%.

FalconX Raises $50M in Funding

– FalconX from San Francisco provides a platform facilitating trading, credit, and clearing for institutions.
– Company raised $50m in Series C funding.
